I have been in construction for over 40 years from carrying sheet rock and getting coffee to designing and building a large hotel complex. I love building and remodeling because I can see the fruits of my labor. When I drive by a home I built, or remodeled and see families enjoying life more it makes me happy. Yes this is a labor of love.

We are very proud of this simple project in Washington Iowa. We transformed a double wide trailer into a beautiful ranch home for a very modest budget and created a respectable and affordable home. This house was foreclosed for tax lean and could not be sold. In fact only one brave person saw the potential and bid on it.

Yet within a month of completion of the face lift by our company it was rented and later sold for a good profit. As we said no project is too large for us or  too modest to get our full attention to detail and the TLC it needs.
