This large Apt House at 311 West Kirkwood & 4th St Fairfield IA. We did the roof, siding and windows. Durning construction the owner was offered $35,000 more than he paid for the building which exceeded the cost of improvements.

This is a samll sample of the roofs we did in the last few months.
